Why Hard Reset ?

If you forgot pattern lock or gmail account on LG P970 OPTIMUS Black then you need to Hard reset your LG Android smartphone . Hard reset mostly done with combination of 2 or 3 buttons. But to reset LG OPTIMUS BLACK there is no key combination which work. Hard reset LG P970 is a bit tricky but very simple. 

 You need to download Smart Flash tool. 

 

Now Download Factory Firmware for LG Optimus .This firmware is contain on Two files AP.bin and Cp.fls as shown in image. 

Turn out your LG P970 . Insert cable while holding Volume + Button. LG Optimus will enter in Firmware Upgradation mode and install drivers. 

Download Drivers for LG P970

After completing Drivers , Run SmartPhone Flash Tool .Select ROM copy D/L mode. 

 Select Downloaded Two files from folder. 

Com Port will automatically select . When Start Button highlighted click on Start. It will take upto 2 minutes and you are done.
