Download Nokia Software updater for Retail

Install NokiaSoftwareUpdaterForRetail and open . 

Connect your phone and click " My phone does not startup or respond".

On next window disconnect your phone and click on continue . 

Now connect your windows phone by holding power and volume down button . Then click Ok to continue. Your windows phone will be connect with computer and software.  latest windows update version  for your dead windowsphone will be display in software. Click Install.
